Eating Less Meat

The jury is still out on the roll of animal hem linking these s to disease. To date, there are no long term studies on plunpbas hem. Current advice is to eat a maximum of about 500 grams of cooked red meat a week and not very much process meat at all. We could be simply eating loads of fresh fruit and vegetables, but we are not. There is a huge range of plant base products that replace meat and dairy including dairy free milks, cheeses and yogots.
