Australian Energy Regulator - Warrotarp Super Battery?

An interesting report came out with Australian Energy Regulator this week. Acacia Energy, which is now owned by BlackRock, has landed the contract for the most powerful battery in the world. It's been kept secret, at least for the moment, under commercial sensitivities and things like that. There are some big implications from U.S. Inflation Reduction Act to decarbonise steel and aluminium sector. And we've done a couple of podcasts this year, looking at the carbon border tax in Europe.
