How to Build a High Performance Team
I tend to avoid reading too much about climate change because it affects my climate anxiety in a way that I don't feel like is offset by working in my particular space. It's thinking about how do you build this company with a culture that is sustainable, no pun intended. When you have three kids and you can't, this is not a ramen till 2am shop. You've got to do this, right? We're moving into investing. I'm trying to track moving into investing, helping climate startups. Then you have the belief that there's a lot of human capital that can be deployed at this problem that is not currently being deployed and you can accelerate that.
