Black Box Down

Air Traffic Control - The Wind Sheer
The flight was about three point two miles from the approach end of runway to to left, and about a thousand feet above the field. The ground proximity warning system then made 11 pull up alerts and then four glide slope deviation alerts. They're one point three miles away, at 200 feet over the ground, and they don't even see the runway. So chances are they just got too low. Visibility was too bad, and they couldn't see any of the a, any of the lights or the runway at all. Then they had to climb out of it and then try to circle and land again.
