When we start getting into these deeper subjects, it's not actually adding really additional exercises to the routine. It's taking that same 20 minutes twice per day routine and then integrating specific targeted exercises towards usually the last five minutes of each session. And then also using these intermittently on an as needed basis during the day. Ultimately, I want you to be navigating stress in a moment by moment basis using your skills.
