People don't always associate added sugars with mental well being. Process vegetable oils, which are obviously less expensive, and so used in fast food restaurants as a cost saving measure. Artificial sweeteness something i think is totally fine my patients, unless they have significant anxiety. But just in a wareness, yes, absolutely.
