I Cut the Chord Before I Was Backed Before Before Before
Ellie is emotionally shut down in a way that we haven't seen before. She's just, she's wounded and she doesn't quite know how to process it. The giraffe scene was always about Joel seeing that Ellie was going to be okay. There wasn't really anything playable in the giraffe moment in the game. And I didn't see a reason to not repeat it perfectly because I thought it was perfect.
