The Importance of Breathing Deeply
proper breathing is a fundamental part of deep meditation as well as key development. Shaw reminds us that key naturally flows through the universe. It flows into us at our horror through the body and out. We should never try to control it or the results could be disastrous, but we can learn to use it if we don't trying to control it. If your stomach is going in instead of expanding, when you breathe, you're probably doing it wrong. You want to practice fully expanding your lungs both downward and outward. Do this about 10 times and that's your basic key development training. Like I said, it gets deeper and more advanced than that.
