Women of Color in Finance

Women have a slight edge at the entry level, this is particularly in finance. Representation falls off as you climb up the corporate ladder with a specially steep drop for women of color. Women are advancing in sustain ability at a much faster rate than in other business areas. But still that glass ceiling remains intact.
