Holiday Emotional Labor

This week, we revisit the topic of holiday emotional labor. Women often suppress feelings to fit their job for which they are paid. Many women reported wanting to give but not having the energy or resources to do so. For some, this resulted in a simpler celebration that was in many ways, a relief. And again, for some od just the feeling that they'd failed.
