The question isn't, how do you get through life without being hurt? Not going to happen. It's when you are wounded, how will you deal with it? We have to figure out how to deal with er hurt. What we don't transform, we transmit. All of humanity is locked in a vicious cycle of tit for tat. You hurt me, i hurt you back. I shame you on social media. You steal my promotion. Well, now we're having coffee, so i gess we're ok now. But whatever, all of humanity is Locked in A Vicious Cycle of Tit For Tat. And that pain just goes under the surface,. and it leaks
