You have to move your body as well as your mind and your spirit. I, for my 90s, my 100, what is it, third birthday, I bought myself a tricycle. So when we get up on the seat of the tricycle, we take care of the body, mind, and spirit process that is our life. And then we use our bodily energy to make it go.
