How Do You Decide What's Working for You?

We have almost a million subscribers, an we still don't prioritize it a lot of the time. One thing ryan traham does a lot is ho drawhis sketches out his thumb nails. And i think it's a really good practice to just sit down and write titles and ten sketch em out. We're curtenly working on this right now.
