In any given week, i should be spending 80 per cent of my time on tasks that bring in revenue. If you don't, who will? That's a good question. Who on your team is going to take the responsibility and make sure they are working towards bringing in more revenue every single day? It's very easy to sit back and take your foot off the gas petal. But that's not how business works. Business rewards people do things consistently and do them regularly.
