The Giant Version Two of Fast API

The first couple of versions for a panantic didn't work with fast API, but looks like there was some fixes. It might be difficult for people that are already using an old pidantic to move over even with the bump. Grant on the audience does point out, you know, tough luck for base models with an existing model attribute. But at least in an API level, you could be able to fix it.
