In Australia the government started a new, it was in higher education of course subsidy scheme so they subsidize the STEM fields more than humanities hoping to push more students into science. I just thought the whole scheme was ridiculous because you know, you can't encourage somebody to study science simply because it's a little bit cheaper than studying humanities after they are graduated from universities. Even if it's free, for example, even if there's a free course engineering bachelor degree, I wouldn't be able to take that because I don't have the aptitude and the attitude.
