The Relationship Between Chardonnay and Reduction
I think for me what's the more important to take away is that chardonnay and reduction are two very linked subject. Because of the versatility and the fact that the grapes is so malleable we can shape it a lot in the way we want. I think by focusing on our sulfur compounds that are coming from different sources from the yeast from the vineyard from the way we do things then the resulting wine will basically have hopefully the best balance and and drink and loved you know yeah absolutely.
