The Importance of Soft Exercise
Exercise is important, but it should be soft because hard exercise can be dangerous for a body after a certain age. 100%, 80%, like 100% is your maximum effort. 70% is a good range actually, 50 to 70%. Somewhere in that middle range is a really, it's kind of the perfect zone most of the time. Maybe occasionally you do something much, quite much harder and you can do a lot of stuff easier. Elana Khan: I like the idea of daily easy training. Her mind develops habitual rituals that become automatic. It doesn't require too much effort to do it daily.
