You Shouldn't Breathe When You Feel Anxious
The biggest issue with this idea is that when I get anxious, I've got to do my breathing exercises or deep breathing to try to calm things down. It's just identifying anxiety itself to be a threat. Sometimes the breathing helps, sometimes it helps just a little bit. And so when we have these experiences, right, we get new data,. We get new information, right? And that's okay, the breathing doesn't really help me that much and I have to keep going back to it. But you know, it's a good thing. I've got something to turn to when I getReally Anxious.
