I think we'd all agree that the approach here in the US has largely been flawed. You know, I've been in the crypto space now for over nine years. And by my count, there have been over a hundred, well more than a hundred, enforcement actions against digital asset market participants. It becomes very difficult to scale or grow a business if the only examples you have are to not repeat those enforcement actions," he says.
