The Story of Joseph Trumpledor, a Jew in the Russian Army

Joseph trumpledore was the first jew to ever receive an officer's commission in the russian army. While a prisoner, he goes around and seeks out and begins organizing other jewish p o ws. He organizes classes for these jewish groups on the geography of palestine. After the war, trumpledor realizes that he's not going make much of a dentist with one arm. Finally, he gathers up a group of zionists and leaves for palestine in 19 11th when he gets there a few years later.
