It only happens in about 2% of LAD infotent. You get these SD depressions and the pre-chordial leads with peak T-waves. Sometimes you could pass this off as just, oh, this is a hyperkalemic patient. But either way, it could be very, very easily be missed. These are going to be your big time precursors to an anterior wall of mine.
