The Importance of Alignment
At Zing, we invest in alignment very early on. Alignment means you get together and you find out if you agree or not. It's important to identify the needs for decisions because that's also important aligned does not mean everybody agrees to everything. We advise people is then to say, you know, first of all, agree that you don't agree and that's really okay. And your job is not to agree to everything.
