The Relationship Between the Platform and the Customer

In a subscription base model, the customeris right, i've already paid. How much you use it is the customers problem. They need to determine how often they're going to come into the gym. In a usage base model, it's the platforms problem is the gim's problem. And what we have found is that overtime usage base models allow for businesses like ours to stay really tightly allined against the value that the customer wants out of our platform.
