The Fed's Soft Landing for Wages and Rents

Jay Powell is about to win here. He's engineered a soft landing for everything but wages and rents, at least so far. I believe Apple has a brand new story to tell. Warner Brothers Discovery and AMC are the most challenged companies when it comes to balance sheets. David Zasz, Warner Brothers and Adam Aaron of AMC are two of the most compelling CEOs out there. Bottom line, after the last couple of days where we can rally on joyous earnings news, next week we're back to hearing about the Fed again.
