How to Invite Your Anxiety Into Your Body With Interval Training

Interval training means having periods of intense exercise and then light exercise. You can play around with other types of exercise that bring you similar sensations, whether or not they're even related to exercise. Sports would be a really interesting one to try, like a group sports. And i think there's smething powerful about inviting in your anxiety. Usualy you're trying to push it away, and the assumption is that you don't have any control over it. But if you can invite your anxiety in and allow it to come, you are controlling it in a way. So you win.
