The Different Ways Children Achieve Afterlife Beliefs

Our notions of the afterlife are not constrained by human activity. We simply don't know much about the afterlife so to speak we rely on what other people tell us and that's pretty variable from one culture to the next. Even if with respect to death most children will acquire a similar biological understanding but then where they end up depends very much on history and teaching of their culture. The extent to which those afterlife beliefs are comforting or disturbing is going to vary dramatically between cultures.
