What Are Some Dodgy Things That Companies Do With Regard to Capital Raising?
A lot of companies are waiting for a certain price to do a capital raise. If you don't need the cash, you're not going to raise money when the price is down. A director has a corporate advisery firm that raises money for the company and gets paid a fee as well. That's one dodgy thing that i see. And the sex allow it. I don't know why, but it shouldn't be allowed.
