The spirit of it is logically going to impact thinking around the transaction and maybe the valuation. We need to find drugs with transformative, you know, huge benefits. And if we could do that, we'll get a strong value price. Yeah, and I wonder also about FTC. California, New York, Illinois, Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin have joined the FTC lawsuit to stop engines $27.8 billion deal.
