Meditation Is a Powerful Science
Meditation is an exercise for integration, to integrate the pairs of opposites a in the mind. An ultimate meditation is where you're passively receptive to your intuition and ultimate your inspiration and lucid vision. I recommend using meditation as an integrative tool to synthesize and synchronize the misperceptions of reality that you may be snoring in the so called subconscious mind. And if you have one perfect one ratio, which some yogis used to do, you can bring the day and night into balance,. which then regulates your autonomics and helps you heal. But without a doubt, meditating is a healing tool - it's very powerful.
