YouTube Shorts - The Next Big Thing?

I think it's a really good example of the YouTube, which had short videos earlier pivoted towards this long format and is now telling everyone to shorts. TikTok is something that I certainly know that people inside YouTube felt like they totally missed the short-horned video of trend. And so, I don't know. I think it's probably in some ways good that they don't like move fast and break things. It's hard to innovate at a very large company, especially when you have like every decision that YouTube makes has big effect on millions of people.
