Is There Such a Thing as White?

Listener garado asked what white is. So we're looking for the whitest white possible, which does exist. Does he think there's such a thing as true white? We've learned that water falls are white because they break up into many tiny spherical droplets of water and light bounces off them. Tiny particles of tetanium dioxide swim in the soup called a binder,. And partially because of their size, they scatter light in much the same way giving us white.
