Big goals are always going to be really hard to achieve, hence that saying if it was easy everyone would do it. What if you could achieve those exact same goals by just doing something small every day? That sounds kind of amazing and that's the idea behind micro habits. Micro habits allow us to achieve those goals over time and sustainably so that we're allowed to have small setbacks as long as we keep up these small habits.
