How to Use Story Mapping to Improve Product Experience
The idea of using something visual and spatial to map a story out has been around for a long time. We're doing this learning traditional task analysis from as an interaction design practice. So what you're doing with a story map is just telling the story about how someone's going to use your product today. That's most often called a journey map or we can tell a story about how we imagine people using the product in the future.
