How to Build a Basketball Team

Riecaus everybody really compliments each other. It's easy to not factor in chemistry when you're looking at building the team, like, do i work well with this person? Do we communicate well? Do they have a complimentary skill sat,. You don't want a teamful of five point guards. I think ultimately, for meit it does come down to team chemistry. A mentor told me one time that if we are the same, then one of us is unnecessary. We kind of learned that in order for us to function as a team, we sort of had to lead our own projects. And there's a lot more collaboration that comes from that because there's not the pressure
