I think privilege is a huge piece of it and it's one variable that is that is super important. You can empower yourself regardless of the cards that you were dealt or regardless of the soil that you're in to create an edge for yourself. I talk about often is sort of grow where you're planted like that's the first step um so thinking aboutwhere is it that you've been planted and then when you grow you can sort of replant yourself in a different place in a better kind of soil.
