The cost of starting up software companies specifically has dramatically come down with GPT. I don't see how you can look at what happened in the early 2010s and say wow the cost of starting a company went way down that really sucked for VCs it put VCs out of business. It did the exact opposite. There was more opportunity for people to be entrepreneurial because someone didn't have to look at this and say for me to try to start my business I need to raise 10 million.
