Nicholas, I think I missed a little bit where you evolved from your relationship with the first seller that you worked with. Has it just been this kind of very gradual process or was there a moment where it crystallized in your mind like, okay, I'm going to step up out of hands-on operations? Nicholas: Sure. It's been more gradual. Even when I was in the EdTech company, I actually looked at deals that were adjacent and synergistic with that deal. That really speaks to them because they're getting a whole team and orchestra of people who are very familiar with this industry and business.
