There's a spectrum of climate impacts that will cause people to move. But there are others who won't move because we're not just migrating birds. We come with our human societies, cultural baggage and deeply held behaviours. And so already people are dying needlessly because that move is too difficult, too dangerous. The world has an obligation to help people to make the safer choice.
