Simpson's R&D Process

The process is basically like we try to obviously stay ahead of the needs so that when something is needed, we kind of already have a solution. It's pretty in depth again, because you know, when you're creating something that people are going to trust and using their homes or their buildings or whatever,. And then eventually you come up with a part and you launch it and you're going to cross fingers. Hope it's received well.
