Sally Kohn: Meditation is a tool to access higher orders of thinking, thinking from different perspectives. She says service puts you in close proximity with giving and actually feeling the connection between you and other people. But if you volunteer, it's not necessarily going to make you want to meditate, or start practicing yoga; they're all dominoes that have cumulative effect on our mental and physical health.Kohn: I consider meditation to be the sort of key domino, like volunteering as a domino, gratitude, and all those other things are dominoes.
