"We have been very concerned about guarding the office of elder from women," she says. "I think t the bible says this is for qualified men, not just men." She adds that other offices should be protected as well - including deacon and member. 'As we seek to focus on a healthy ecclesiology across other boundaries, i think we'll have both a healthier ecclesiology and healthier pastors'
