The Importance of Connecting Artists
There were lots of places to learn painting online, but Alice didn't want to take eight courses from three different people. The second thing was I didn't feel confident and equipped to teach painting because I was still figuring that out very personally. It's a bit like talking about personal stories. When you're in the middle of it, you don't go on Instagram and do an Instagram live about a particularly bad day. So I just didn't feel that I had my painting process sorted in a way to teach painting. But what I really found about what we do and connected artists is there were lots of courses available online, but all of them were quite deep.
