Is There a Time Schedule for Remote Work?

Some organizations have gone a full remote from here and some have gone great. It depends on obviously the work you're doing and what you need to have happen. If your work can happen just as well without that time schedule, there's no need to force that on people. And I think we're seeing the sort of second bump of resignation. So people are like, actually, I don't want to go back to how it was before because this freedom of schedule is freedom of space usage.
