There has been a lot of talk for a long time now, id say, since the stores were even set up. And how apple, like many other retailers and tect companies, have also fought unions when workers at these stores have tried to form them. So can you talk a little bet about the retail part of the apple conglomerate? I guess yes. These workers are extremely productive. They generate more revenue per head than the industry standard, a couple times over.

Paris Marx is joined by Brian Merchant to discuss the development of the iPhone, how Apple manages the press, and how the parts of the company’s supply chain that get too little attention.
