Over lunch with a nurse friend, Heather Hasson realized that the whole experience of buying scrubs—from the shopping process to product quality—was subpar. So she and co-founder Trina Spear set out to create a direct-to-consumer brand dedicated to modern healthcare professionals: FIGS.
