"You have to go outside of yourself sometimes and be open," she says. "Sometimes people initially will dismiss things out of hand, and it comes back around that this is not always the thing that they should have been dismissing" She adds: "If you're a leader, you don't have 2020 vision on your own performance... But other people likely can add to your framework."
