How to Be a Good Leader

I'm happy because, you know, the comments people make about how wonderful Effortless English is. Well, that's because we have these strong walls because we have our code and because I, as the leader, I make sure people follow it. And if someone is a troll or wants to come in and start complaining and causing problems, I get rid of them. Right? So many people like complain about politics and, ah, my group of friends, everybody's always arguing and fighting. There's constantly gossip and, and problems and fighting and all this stuff. But the truth is, the easiest way to be a good leader is just to recruit great people, get rid of bad
