Active and Passive Managers Coexist
I think active managers over time are either going to have to get cheap or shiny. And so could you argue that over time that active slice will start to produce some really big winners? I don't see that there's anything particularly wrong with that world, but I've not done a whole lot of research on how asset prices get set when active and passive managers coexist.
