The Blue Light Problem
There are at least three ways that those gadgets will disrupt your sleep. The first is using them before sleep. Blue light is especially damaging, but even just normal indoor lighting can be helpful. And the final thing is what we call anticipatory anxiety. Those are the three ways that technology has been a problem in terms of the bedroom.
